Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Guide: Unlocking the Secret Gambling Garage
Dropping 500 Gold on a mystery door is a massive gamble, but it easily beats hoarding your cash in the lobby.
The new Runners update is hiding plenty of secrets, but the Gambling Garage sitting directly under The Battlewoods is easily my favorite way to burn through currency. If you happen to survive the initial drop into this highly contested zone, you have a chance to spin a massive roulette wheel. The rewards inside this room are completely randomized every single match. You could walk out with a mountain of gold and an overpowered loadout, or you could quite literally pay 500 Gold for a room full of toilet paper.
Where to Find the Secret Garage
Before you run aimlessly around the northern half of the map, pinpoint The Battlewoods point of interest. You are looking specifically for the building sitting on the far east side of the area. You can enter through any of the standard side doors or just walk straight in through the main front garage opening.
Once you are inside the ground floor, you will see three green shutters with green buttons. Ignore them entirely. Instead, look for a set of stairs leading down into the dark basement. Head down those stairs and you will spot a lone shutter door with a distinct green outline. Right next to that door is the red button that triggers the gamble.
Spinning the Roulette Wheel
Opening this door costs a flat fee of 500 Gold. Make sure your pockets are full before you push into the basement. Because this spot is highly contested, you also need to make sure you are fully geared. Do not run down there with a standard pickaxe and a dream. Clear the building first, grab a decent weapon, and then make your way to the basement so you do not get shot in the back while pushing the button.
If you end up pulling a rare companion out of the chests inside, you need to know exactly how to extract it safely. I mapped out all of their passive abilities and extraction costs, so check out my Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Sprites Guide before you accidentally lose a top tier item.
All Possible Loot Drops
You never know what is sitting behind that shutter until you pay the fee. Sometimes the room pays for itself four times over, and other times the game just openly mocks you. The contents swap every single match. Here is every known room variation I have seen so far.
