Creature Kitchen Achievement Guide: The 100% Run

Running a kitchen for bizarre monsters is chaotic enough without having to guess what the developer wants you to do for a digital trophy.

If you read my Creature Kitchen Review, you already know this game is a charming, slightly unhinged cooking simulator. Fortunately, the achievement list respects your time. There is no endless grinding required here. The game features exactly 15 achievements, and a large chunk of them are completely unmissable if you just play the story.

However, there are a few highly specific, hidden achievements that demand you go out of your way to do something incredibly stupid. You have to intentionally poison your food, hoard garbage, and actively electrocute yourself to cross the finish line.

I have broken down the entire list and exactly how to trigger the weirdest requirements so you can finish your run efficiently.

Story Progression And Exploration

You will unlock a massive chunk of this list just by playing the game normally. You get the Midnight Snack and Friend Shaped Entity achievements naturally during your first cycle.

The game also hands out hidden achievements for simply unlocking doors. As you solve puzzles to acquire keys, you will naturally trigger the Kenopsia, Monachopsis, Chrysalism, and Amentalio achievements the exact second you step foot inside the Bedroom, Shed, Bathroom, and Oddities room respectively.

Make sure you do not miss the final story trigger. When you reach the very end of your playthrough and the celebration begins, walk over to the fire and physically sit down next to the creature named Pants to secure the Backyard Bonanza achievement.

Cooking And Collection Challenges

This is where the actual grind begins. You have to hunt down a lot of items to prove your culinary worth.

Master Chef & Fully Stocked

These two go hand in hand. To get Master Chef, you have to successfully cook every single one of the 43 distinct recipes available in the game. If you are missing a few obscure dishes to finish off your cookbook, keep my Creature Kitchen All Recipe Locations guide open in another tab.

To actually cook all those meals, you need to find every ingredient for the Fully Stocked achievement. The massive bottleneck here is the yard. The game hides exactly five secret mushrooms outside in the grass. You must scour the yard and pull all five of them to satisfy the tracking logic.

Cryptozoologist

You are given a camera for a reason. You need to snap a photograph of all 16 unique creatures and entities in the game to completely fill out your album. Keep the camera handy when exploring newly unlocked rooms.

The Weird And Hidden Tasks

The developers had a bit of fun with these remaining achievements. You have to intentionally break the rules to get them.

Junk Food

Throw random, incompatible ingredients into a pot and cook it. The resulting mess registers as a mistake meal and unlocks the achievement. Interestingly, this mistake actually counts as one of the 43 logged recipes in your book.

Stomach Problems

This hidden achievement requires you to actively poison your own food. You need to gather the distinct Red and White mushroom. Take that specific toxic mushroom and use it as a replacement ingredient in any standard mushroom based recipe, like Mushroom Soup. Put it in the oven, let it cook, and claim the achievement.

Biohazard

The game demands you collect 100 pieces of slop. You do not actually have to ruin 100 individual meals to do this. You can easily cheese the counter. Walk over to the trash can sitting in the corner of the kitchen by the window. Pull a piece of slop out of the trash, throw it directly on the floor, and pick it back up. Just loop that exact action 100 times and the achievement will pop.

Basic Safety

This is exactly what it sounds like. Go to the kitchen and pick up a metal fork or a knife. Walk over to the electrical power outlet located right next to the mouse hole on the wall. Interact with the outlet while holding the cutlery to violently electrocute yourself.

Afraid Of The Dark

You have to banish every shadow in the house simultaneously. There are exactly five candles scattered around the map, with one placed in each distinct room. You must run through the house and manually light all five candles while ensuring every single electrical light switch is currently flipped to the on position.

Secure the hidden mushrooms, stop throwing slop on the floor, and finish out your recipe book.
