Marvel Cosmic Invasion Guide: How To Hit Max Level In 5 Minutes (The Beta Ray Bill Trick)

If you think I am going to replay the campaign fifteen times just to see every character's alternate costume, you are out of your mind.

Marvel Cosmic Invasion has a roster of 15 heroes, and they all start at Level 1. Leveling them up unlocks crucial stats and those sweet Cosmic Matrix rewards, but the grind is real.

Luckily, the combo system is easily exploitable. The game calculates XP based on your combo count, not just kills. If you can hit a 2,000-hit combo, you can take a character from Level 1 to Level 10 instantly.

Here is the cheese strategy involving Beta Ray Bill and the poor, unsuspecting insects of New York City.

The Beta Ray Bill Infinite

This strategy works because the game has "relaxed" combo rules and wall-bouncing physics that are easy to abuse.

You need to load up the very first stage, New York City. It is short, easy, and contains a specific enemy encounter near the end that is basically an XP vending machine.

THE 2,000 HIT STRATEGY

Follow these steps to skip the grind entirely.

STEP	EXECUTION
1. Pick Beta Ray Bill	His basic attack string has a massive hitbox and is perfect for juggling.
2. Reach the Bug Swarm	Play the New York stage until you get the "Red Danger" indicator and a swarm of flying bug enemies appears.
3. The Corner Trap	Stand in the right corner. Tap your basic attack (Square/X) with a slight pause. Do not finish the combo yet. Just juggle them as they spawn.
4. The Finisher	Once the swarm is massive, finish the combo to launch them into the left wall. They will bounce back. Keep hitting them.

Why This Works

The goal is to keep the enemies in the air. As long as they don't touch the ground, they don't die, and your combo counter keeps ticking up.

Once you cross the 2,000 hit mark, you can finally let them drop. Finish the level, defeat the boss, and watch your XP bar explode. You will unlock the "Maxed out Superhero!" achievement and have a fully upgraded character ready for the harder difficulties or to help you unlock the secret characters.

Repeat this process for every character you want to max out. It takes about 5 minutes per run. You are welcome.
