So, you've mastered the basics of not letting your digital factory immediately collapse into a pile of corrupted data, as outlined in our Beginner's Guide. Now, you're ready for the real challenge: the completionist run. Upload Labs features 24 in-game achievements that reward you for everything from efficient production to, interestingly, "less-than-optimal play."
While these aren't traditional Steam achievements (yet), each one you unlock grants you a valuable sum of Tokens, the currency you need for those crucial permanent upgrades. This guide provides a complete list and a clear path to unlocking every single one.

| Commencement | 25 | Upload any file. Simply connect a Downloader to an Uploader and let it run. You'll get this in the first few minutes. |
| Variety Downloader | 25 | Download all file types at the same time. You'll need one of each Downloader (Text, Image, Sound, Video, Program, Game) running simultaneously. A Download Manager won't trigger this one. |
| What Could Go Wrong? | 25 | Upload an Infected file. Send a file through a Virus Scanner. Every other file will come out as "Infected." Route that Infected file to an Uploader. It's worth less money, so disconnect it once the achievement pops. |
| Containment Protocol | 25 | Remove a virus from an Infected file. After creating an Infected file with a Virus Scanner, send it through a Quarantine Node to clean it. |
| Data Healer | 25 | Repair a Corrupted file. Send a file through a Checksum Verifier to create a "Corrupted" file, then route that file through a Re-Downloader to repair it. |
| Wasted Effort | 25 | Compress an Enhanced file, or vice-versa. Send a file through both a Compressor and an Enhancer. As the name implies, their effects cancel each other out, so this is purely for the achievement. |
Research Achievements

Hacking Achievements

| Serial Breacher | 25 | Breach Anonymous, Corporations, and Government in the same real-time second. Once your Hack Level is high, set the threat level for all three targets to 1 and spread your attacks to finish them simultaneously. |
| Grand Heist | 50 | Breach Banks a total of ten times. This is cumulative and can be done across multiple portal runs. |
| Uninvited Guest | 25 | Upload a file with a Trojan attached. After unlocking Trojans in the research tree, use the "Inject Trojan" node on any file before sending it to an Uploader. |
Coding Achievements

| It's A Feature | 25 | Commit bugged code. Run your code through a Debug Node, which will create "Bugged" code every other cycle. Send this Bugged code to a Commit Node. Remember to disconnect it afterward, as it's worth less. |
| Back-End Dev | 50 | Unlock all Optimizations. You'll need to generate Optimization code and send it to a Build Node to earn unlock points. |
| Front-End Dev | 50 | Unlock all Applications. Similar to the above, generate Application code and send it to a Build Node. |
The Completionist Grind

| Text Completionist | 100 | Send all requested text files. You need to fulfill requests for every possible file tag: Normal, Scanned, Verified, Corrupted, Enhanced, Compressed, and AI-Generated. |
| Image Completionist | 100 | Send all requested image files with all possible tags. |
| Sound Completionist | 100 | Send all requested sound files with all possible tags. |
| Video Completionist | 100 | Send all requested video files with all possible tags. |
| Program Completionist | 100 | Send all requested program files with all possible tags. |
| Game Completionist | 100 | Send all requested game files with all possible tags. |
| Completionist | 250 | Complete the six "Completionist" achievements above. This is the big one. You'll need a complex, well-organized factory to manage all the different file types and modifications. |
| Out Of Memory | 25 | Place nodes until no more can be placed. Just keep buying and placing the cheapest nodes until the game tells you to stop. |
