Fortnite Chapter 7 Season 3 Guide: Where to Find Every Car Wash
Securing a clean ride usually means surviving a firefight at a gas station, but Epic wants you to go the extra mile for your weekly experience points.
The latest batch of challenges tasks you with taking a vehicle through a car wash to make a good impression with The Seven. Finding a car is annoying enough on its own, but locating a specific building that does not even have a proper name on the map is an absolute nightmare. These spots are classified as minor Landmarks. The East Coast Priority Route
Always try to land on the eastern side of the island first if you want to knock this out quickly. You can find the primary car wash sitting just off the main road right between Golden Grove and Shaken Sanctuary.
I highly recommend targeting this specific colorful building because it actually features a dedicated parking lot. If you get lucky with the RNG, a drivable car will be sitting right out front. If the lot is empty, you can simply sprint slightly north into Golden Grove to hijack a vehicle from the main streets.
The West Coast Backup Plan
If the storm circle completely ruins your eastern rotation, you have one alternate location sitting on the opposite side of the map. Head toward the northwest edge of the island and look for the rocky coastline situated squarely between Calamari Canyon and Chopped Shop.
You will spot the brightly colored car wash sitting near a small cliff. Before you run blindly into this area, you absolutely must secure a vehicle first. Unlike the eastern location, this spot does not feature a parking lot. You have to source your own ride from either Calamari Canyon or Chopped Shop and drive it over yourself.
Completing the Wash Cycle
Simply parking outside the building will not trigger the quest completion. To officially impress The Seven, you have to line your vehicle up and drive completely through the automated washing tunnel.
Once you pass through to the other side, the game will pop your quest notification and reward you with a nice mechanical bonus. Taking your vehicle through the wash completely repairs any structural damage and fills your gas tank back to maximum capacity. It is a fantastic pit stop to make before rotating into the final storm circles.
