Phasmophobia Alan Wake Event Guide: All 13 Doll Locations and Puzzle Answers
Before you wander aimlessly into the dark and get folded like a pretzel, let me show you exactly where to find every doll and how to beat the lobby puzzles.
The Alan Wake crossover event is packed with cryptic easter eggs and exclusive loot. You have exactly 13 hidden dolls scattered across four different maps. Finding them all unlocks three obscure riddles back at your base. If you manage to solve them before everything disappears on June 2, you earn Saga Anderson's complete outfit. Trying to accomplish this while actively avoiding a paranormal beatdown is a miserable experience.
Do yourself a favor and boot up a Custom Difficulty lobby with the "Friendly Ghost" toggle turned on. You can casually stroll through these locations, grab your items, and extract safely without worrying about a sudden hunt ruining your progress. The Complete Doll Scavenger Hunt
You need to hit four specific maps to gather the entire collection. I highly recommend clearing one map completely before moving on so you do not lose track of which dolls you still need.
Oh Deer Diner
This map holds three dolls. As soon as you enter the diner, take an immediate left. Look for the second booth sitting by the window. Your first doll is resting on the table right between a plate of waffles and a pie.
For the second doll, keep moving forward through the main dining area and head down the corridor toward the Break room. Walk inside and close the entrance door behind you. The doll is sitting out in the open on a table.
Your final diner doll is in the back. Follow the path into the kitchen and push through the plastic doors into the storage room where they keep the stock inventory. Look to the right side of the shelving unit. The doll is hiding right next to the yellow sauces.
Cauldron Lake
You are looking for three dolls here. Walk through the front door and go straight into the dining room, which is the largest open area on the ground floor. Turn to your left to spot a shelf lined with plates and vases. Your first doll is sitting right there.
Head upstairs and follow the path wrapping around to the right. Look for a narrow hallway on your left. This leads into a very dark room completely stuffed with creepy dolls. Do not panic. You just need to find the noticeably smaller doll sitting on a shelf near the back wall.
For the third Cauldron Lake doll, go up the next set of stairs into the attic. Take an immediate left the second you reach the top step. You will find a very thin doll resting on a set of drawers right next to a candlestick.
Coffee World
Three dolls are scattered around the carnival grounds. Open the wooden entrance gates, walk forward, and look directly to your right. You will see a red tent with a "Fresh Pot Gift Shop" sign. The first doll is resting on the plastic table out front.
Next, look to the left side of the main entrance area to spot a blue tent. Walk inside and look toward the left side of the interior. The second doll is placed right next to a red sleeping bag.
Finally, keep walking forward past that blue tent until you reach the children's play area. Look for the space between the tree and the red tent. Your third doll is tucked away just behind a box.
Elderwood Palace Lodge
This massive lodge holds four dolls. Take the very first door on your left as you enter the building to find a small tea room. Walk to the back of the room and look for a wooden shelf sitting beneath a wall decorated with cat and dog plates. Your first doll is right on that shelf.
Go upstairs and follow the main corridor until you reach a large room on your right side. Walk in and immediately take the first door on your right to enter the master closet. You will find the second doll sitting right next to the mirror.
Leave the closet and continue moving down the long hallway until you hit a wall with three separate doors. Open the door on the far right to enter the master study. Your third doll is sitting on the desk next to the typewriter.
Take the door directly to the left of that master study to access the attic. Push through the hanging bead curtain into the bedroom. Look to your right against the wall to find the final doll resting near a mystic orb.
Solving the Lobby Puzzles
Now that you have all 13 dolls secured, head back to your lobby to face the riddles. You need to read the clues and place specific dolls onto the correct drawings on the floor. You must use the placement button for this. Do not just throw the items on the ground or the game will not register your solution.
The First Riddle
The clue reads: "He shot the Moose in the Woods... He took the Deer to his House..." Grab the moose doll, which is the 3rd one in your lineup, and place it directly on the drawing of the tree. Then, grab the deer doll, which is the 6th one, and place it on the drawing of the house.
The Second Riddle
The clue reads: "When we are young, we dance in the Sun... The years of toil and family in the House... In our twilight years, we make our way to the sunken shore..." Take the little girl doll, which is the 13th one, and place her on the sun drawing. Pick up the father doll, which is the 5th one, and place it on the house drawing. Finally, grab the old man doll, which is the 8th one, and set it on the waves drawing.
The Third Riddle
The clue reads: "The little girl first, I push her down the Tree... The Mother then starts with an ugly sound. I stab her in the Eye... I save the Father and the baby last... the bullet it pierces more hearts than one... the Trickster God I step out of the dark: this is my time in the Sun." Take the little girl doll again and place her on the tree drawing. Grab the mother doll, which is the 4th one, and drop it on the eye drawing. Put the father doll onto the heart drawing. Finish the puzzle by placing the jester doll, which is the 11th one, onto the sun drawing.
Once you place that final jester doll, a blank square will appear on the floor. This confirms you have completely beaten the event. Turn around and interact with your contracts board to officially claim Saga Anderson's outfit as your reward.
