Warframe Sirius and Orion Guide: How to Farm the Bickering Brothers
Digital Extremes has finally decided that managing one space ninja is too easy, so now you have to babysit two of them simultaneously.
I've seen plenty of weird experimental designs roll out over the years, but Sirius and Orion are completely detached from the usual blueprint structure. They're two brothers sharing the same thread of fate, meaning you literally can't select one without dragging the other into battle. They play simultaneously, which means you have to build both of them to use the character at all. If you want to skip the confusion and add this dual threat to your arsenal, I've mapped out the exact farming loops and token economies required to bypass the worst of the friction.
The Mandatory Quest Filter
Before you fire up your engines and blindly fly into deep space, you have to clear some narrative hurdles.
You can't jump straight into the starchart to look for these parts without finishing the foundational story steps first. The entire farm is locked behind a specific set of nodes, and you need to clear the path before the game even permits you to look at the drop tables.
Jade Shadows: Constellations
Your first real step is finishing the Jade Shadows: Constellations quest. It's a direct sequel to the original Jade Shadows storyline, so you need to wrap that up before you can even think about the brothers. The good news is that Constellations is incredibly brief, taking roughly half an hour from start to finish. There's absolutely no random number generation or hidden grind here. You finish the quest and the game hands you the main Sirius and Orion blueprint completely free of charge.
Unlocking Pontis Tower
Clearing that quest also unlocks Pontis Tower, a brand new orbital hub located around Uranus. This structure serves as your absolute base of operations for everything related to the new frames. Don't ignore this location, because it houses the specific merchants and pity systems you'll need later when your luck inevitably fails.
The Deep Space Railjack Grind
Once your quest log is clear, the real farming loop takes you directly into the trenches of Uranus Proxima.
You'll need to hunt down the actual component blueprints in open space. Every craftable frame requires three specific components alongside your main document: the Chassis, the Neuroptics, and the Systems. Every single one of these blueprints has a flat 14.29% drop chance from the new nodes, meaning you can expect a decent amount of repetition before your foundry is fully populated.
You'll be fighting Vena and Ryoku, the two protoframes you bumped into during the main storyline. They hold the keys to your loot drops and appear across two distinct mission choices on your map: Scoria's Angel and the Kuva Wytch.
Commandeering Capital Ships
Before you panic about your fragile hull integrity taking a beating in high level content, you can make use of a massive built-in safety net. If you've completely ignored your personal ship upgrades and fly a literal tin can, you can actually hijack Scoria's Angel or the Kuva Wytch themselves during the skirmish. These capital ships are fully kitted out with high tier modifications. They come pre-manned by Vena's minions or Ryoku's Shadow Clones, letting you finish the fight with stolen firepower.
Before you waste hours worrying about which node to choose, know that both missions draw from the exact same component pool. You can get any of the three blueprints from either boss. The only real reason to pick one over the other is if you're actively target farming their signature weapons, the Pride and Wrath Heavy Scythe, or looking for specific token types.
The Pontis Tower Token Economy
If the drop tables refuse to hand over that last blueprint, you can buy your way out of the space casino using tokens.
Completing the Uranus Proxima skirmishes rewards you with Emerald Tokens and Crimson Tokens, occasionally called Talents, depending on which boss you decide to bully. You can take these currencies to the hidden vendor tucked inside Pontis Tower to buy the exact blueprints you need.
To help you plan your resource allocations, I put together the exact pricing structure for the token market below:
Maximizing Your Token Yield
Before you start splitting your time equally between both nodes, choose a single boss and stick to them exclusively. Focusing entirely on either the Kuva Wytch or Scoria's Angel allows you to accumulate one specific token flavor much faster. This means you can buy your missing components outright without ending up painfully short across both currencies.
Standard completion rewards you with up to 16 tokens per run. If you want to cut down on the raw match count and you have the gear to back it up, switch the difficulty over to Steel Path. This bumps your maximum payout up to 22 tokens per clearance. If you manage to get lucky and drop all the parts naturally, you can dump your spare tokens into cosmetics, weapon skins, and Orbiter decorations at the same vendor.
Skipping the Grind Entirely
If you absolutely refuse to touch Railjack content or simply have extra premium currency burning a hole in your digital pockets, you have a couple of fast escape hatches.
The first shortcut is the standard market route. You can purchase Sirius and Orion directly from your Arsenal using your Platinum balance. This instantly drops a Level 0 version of the cooperative frame into your inventory, completely bypassing the crafting timers.
The second option is the real money storefront. The Jade Shadows: Constellations bundle sits at $19.19 and packages the frame alongside their signature scythe weapons, a bundle of bonus Platinum, and some extra cosmetics. It features standard regional pricing if you're buying via Steam, making it a decent alternative if you want to skip the foundry entirely and get right to leveling.
If you choose to farm the blueprints manually, make sure you click the craft button the exact second you have all the components. The combined frame requires a full 72 hours to build in your foundry, so don't leave yourself waiting at the finish line just because you forgot to start the timer.
