If you're a Korean Guardian, Bungie adjusted the logic so you'll naturally qualify even if your history starts a bit later during the Shadowkeep window. The studio is also updating the actual background art of the emblem to explicitly pay homage to Rise of Iron and the Monument of Triumph, ensuring it looks like a proper badge of honor.
How To Check Your Account History

You just load up the portal and sign in with your standard Bungie credentials. The app scrapes your actual account database to display your precise playtime hours across every individual expansion block, handing you a direct yes or no answer on whether your rewards are secure.
Surviving The Distribution Waves
If the tool confirms your veteran status but your inventory is still completely bare, do not start filing angry support tickets just yet. Because the developer is processing millions of accounts, the rewards are going out in distinct, staggered rollout waves.
