So, you want to 100% Flesh Made Fear. I hope you're ready for some old-school pain. This isn't a walk in the park, it's a true survival horror achievement hunt.
You'll need a minimum of two full playthroughs, one as Jack and one as Natalie. You'll also need to become a master of strategic saving to avoid running through the game four separate times for all the endings.
I did my first run on Normal with Jack and my Hardcore run with Natalie. Her larger inventory is a godsend when the pressure is on and you're trying to get the best ending.
The Easiest Trophy You'll Ever Get
Before you even start, you can knock one achievement out. Just boot up the game, sit at the main menu, and go make a coffee. Don't touch anything.
After five minutes, you'll get The Saseffect. Yes, really. Now let's get to the real work.

The Grand Finale (All 4 Endings)
This is the most important part. After you meet Bill and Zach in Downtown Rotwood and they give you the key puzzle, MAKE A MANUAL SAVE. This is your branching point for all four endings. You'll need to beat the final boss, Ripper's Nightmare, for all of them to get the No Flesh Left To Fear achievement.
| Ending / Achievement | Requirement |
|---|---|
| Worst Ending Possible - (Jack / Natalie) | Save no one. From your key save, ignore the quests for Katya/Marcus and Bill/Zach. Just go to the Redwick House, get the key, and fight the final boss. |
| Bad Ending One - (Jack / Natalie) | Save only Katya (as Jack) or Marcus (as Natalie). From your save, do their sewer rescue quest, but ignore Bill and Zach. |
| Bad Ending Two - (Jack / Natalie) | Save only Bill and Zach. From your save, ignore the sewer rescue. Go to the Redwick House and complete their 40-second rescue event. This also nets you the Friends 'til The End achievement. |
| Best Ending / Cheeto Dust GOD! | Save everyone. From your save, rescue Katya/Marcus first, then go to the Redwick House and rescue Bill and Zach. To get Cheeto Dust GOD!, you must get the best ending on a Hardcore playthrough. Stack these on your Hardcore run and you're golden. |
