Menherarium ending Guide: How to Survive and Unlock Every Ending

I have spent an ungodly amount of time bleeding out over a pair of dice just to map out every twisted conclusion in Menherarium.

If you have booted up this game, you already know the setup is a complete psychological nightmare. You are trapped in a claustrophobic room with a deeply unstable girl who insists on playing Chinchiro, a traditional Japanese dice game. The catch is that your currency is your own blood. Lose too much, and your run is permanently over. It is a brilliant and highly stressful mix of roguelite deck-building and high-stakes gambling.

To survive the full seven days, you have to manage a severely limited pool of resources while collecting cheat items to manipulate your rolls. Sometimes you need to alter a die face, and other times you need a defensive tool to block whatever unfair rule modification she decides to pull out of thin air. You have to balance aggressive cheating with playing it safe, all while keeping a close eye on your opponent's shifting mood.

I managed to grind through the brutal RNG and figure out exactly how the branching paths work. There are six endings in total. Four of them are fairly straightforward, but the final two require a bit of puzzle-solving and patience. Here is how I cracked the code.

Bleeding for the Basics

Before you start hunting for the secret conclusions, you need to understand how the game calculates your relationship with your captor. Every choice you make between gambling rounds impacts her mood. You can either play along and keep her relatively stable, or you can be an absolute jerk.

Your behavior directly dictates which finales you are eligible to see on the seventh day. For the vast majority of your playthroughs, you will want to stay on her good side. You need a stockpile of health to survive the escalating difficulty of the late-game gambling sessions, and making her mad actively drains your blood pool. She will physically punish you for giving her lip.

I put together a breakdown of the first four endings. You absolutely must complete all four of these before the game will even let you attempt the true endings.

The Standard Endings

Knock these four out of the park before trying anything fancy. Just try not to bleed out.

Ending Name How to Unlock
Ending 1: Hated End Be as annoying as possible. Tell her the game is boring. Bring up her parents or the handcuff keys. She will take your health as punishment. Survive to Day 7 with her completely furious, and she will execute you.
Ending 2: Normal End 1 Play nice. Keep her happy throughout the seven days. When you win on Day 7, she offers you a reward. Choose "I want you to let me go."
Ending 3: Normal End 2 Play nice again. Defeat her on Day 7. When the reward prompt appears, choose "Please go out with me."
Ending 4: Normal End 3 Survive with a good relationship. On the final day, look at the reward screen and pick the most unhinged option available: "Die for me."

Cracking the True Endings

Once you have those first four endings registered on your save file, the game quietly introduces a new mechanic. I noticed this during my fifth run. You will start seeing random numbers scribbled around the environment.

These numbers are not decorative. They form a four-digit passcode that you absolutely need to write down. The tricky part is that the code is randomized for every single player. I cannot just give you a master key here. You have to actively scan the room during your playthrough and note the digits reading from left to right.

Keep her happy during this run. Do not pick the mean dialogue options, because triggering the Hated End right now will waste an hour of your life. Play smart, manage your cheat items, and secure a victory on Day 7.

When you finally beat her, you will hit that familiar screen offering you the three reward choices. Here is the secret. Do absolutely nothing. Take your hands off the keyboard and mouse. Let the invisible timer run out entirely.

The Final Showdown

Once the timer expires, the game breaks its own rules and presents you with a hidden keypad. This is where you punch in the four-digit code you scavenged from the background environment. Entering the correct sequence shatters the normal loop and pushes you into the true endgame split.

You are immediately hit with two brand new dialogue choices, and each one locks you into a different finale.

Choosing "I want to spend my life with you" grants you True End 1. It is exactly what it sounds like. I won't spoil the narrative details, but it is the closest thing to a peaceful resolution you are going to find in this blood-soaked nightmare.

Choosing "Let's have a serious match" triggers True End 2. Be warned that this is a massive pain in the ass if you are not prepared. You are thrust into a final, brutal gambling match against her. She drops all pretenses and comes at you with an absolutely massive health pool. You need to have a perfectly optimized deck of cheat items and a solid understanding of exactly when to manipulate the dice. Do not pick this option if you barely scraped by on Day 7 with one drop of blood left.

Survive that final gauntlet, and you will have fully conquered Menherarium. Now go wash the virtual blood off your hands.
