Pragmata Unknown Signal Guide: Conquering the Hidden Chamber

Rolling the credits does not mean your shift is over. IDUS security has one last, massive gauntlet waiting for you.

A character in a detailed white futuristic spacesuit aims a high-tech weapon in a gameplay screenshot from the sci-fi action game Pragmata.

If you just finished the campaign and are wondering what to do next, do not immediately hit the New Game Plus button. You are going to miss the most lucrative section of the game.

After beating the final boss, you unlock the Unknown Signal mode. Loading this drops you back into your save file right before the final encounter, but it opens a brand new tram station called the Hidden Chamber. Inside, you will find ten locked simulation pods.

These are not your standard Training Sims. These are the ultimate mechanical tests, and they hide the absolute best mods in the entire game. If you want to know how this gauntlet ties into saving Hugh's life, read my True Ending Guide. If you just want to know how to get the loot, keep reading.

Unlocking the Ten Pods

The first pod is unlocked immediately upon entering the chamber, but the other nine require you to essentially master the rest of the game. You are going to be doing a lot of backtracking.

You need to hit 100% completion in every major sector. This means finding every hidden chest, lore log, and upgrade material. If you are struggling to find the last few stragglers, make sure you abuse the scanning trick I outlined in my Hidden Items Guide. You also need to return to the end of the first four sectors and defeat significantly harder, Mk. II versions of the original bosses.

The Unlock Requirements

You can complete these prerequisites in any order. The game tracks your progress automatically.

Simulation Pod How to Unlock It
Mission Alpha (Armor Break) Unlocked automatically upon entering the Hidden Chamber for the first time.
Mission Beta (Round-Up) Return to the Solar Power Plant and defeat the Enhanced SectorGuard boss.
Mission Gamma (Jump, Jump, Jump) Achieve 100% exploration progress in the Solar Power Plant sector.
Mission Delta (Battle Nexus) Return to the Mass Production Array and defeat the Enhanced Creator boss.
Mission Epsilon (Just Go For It!) Achieve 100% exploration progress in the Mass Production Array sector.
Mission Zeta (Floating Conveyor) Return to the Terra Dome and defeat the Enhanced Garden Keeper boss.
Mission Eta (Container Scramble) Achieve 100% exploration progress in the Terra Dome sector.
Mission Theta (The Digger's Pit) Return to the Lunum Mines and defeat the Enhanced LunaDigger boss.
Mission Iota (Zero Gravity) Achieve 100% exploration progress in the Lunum Mines sector.
Mission Kappa (The Final Test) Achieve 100% exploration progress in the Central Port sector.

Surviving the Simulations and Claiming Your Loot

Unlike the standard Training Sims back at the Shelter, these Secret Missions do not have time limits or optional objectives. You simply have to reach the end without dying.

Some are pure combat gauntlets (like Battle Nexus), while others are agonizing platforming challenges that test your mastery of Hugh's thruster mechanics (like Zero Gravity). Do not rush. Take your time, clear the rooms methodically, and keep your eyes peeled for hidden caches of Lunafilament scattered throughout the courses.

Every time you clear a pod, you are rewarded with a Cabin Coin, a stack of currency, and an exclusive post-game Mod.

The Exclusive Mod Rewards

These mods fundamentally break the established rules of combat. Equip them immediately.

Mod Name What It Actually Does
Sympathetic Hacking A game changer. Every successful hack instantly reloads your Primary Unit, allowing for endless sustained fire.
Slowdown Slows down time when you are actively hacking a locked-on target, buying you precious seconds to solve the grid safely. It consumes a small portion of your hacking gauge to activate.
Better Lucky Grants a random chance to completely nullify incoming damage. The probability drops after every successful block and resets when you actually take a hit.
Grace Diana's Hacking Gauge now fills automatically over time, even if you are not actively hacking enemies.
Cyber Thief Defeating an enemy with hacking damage doubles the amount of Lunafilament they drop. This is mandatory for farming New Game Plus.

The Ultimate Vault Payout

Once you conquer all ten pods, the sealed door at the back of the Hidden Chamber slides open. Inside is the Architect's Vault, containing the final rewards of the game.

You receive the Obsidia and Black Neon outfits for Hugh and Diana, the Black Box mod required for the secret ending, and the Lim Cannon.

The Lim Cannon is absurd. It is an Attack Unit that literally uses your wallet for ammunition. It fires raw Lunafilament as highly damaging shotgun blasts. If you charge the weapon until it flashes, the bullets you fire will drastically increase the Lim drop rate of the enemy you hit, effectively refunding the cost of the shot. It is the perfect weapon to take into your next playthrough.

If you are unsure of how to maximize that new arsenal, read my New Game Plus Carryover Guide before you jump timelines. For more deep dives into the Cradle's secrets, check out our complete Pragmata Hub.
