Yakuza Kiwami 3 Baddie Location Guide: How to Build the Ultimate Gang
Kiryu Kazuma is back, and this time he is managing a vigilante biker gang. The Bad Boy Dragon storyline is easily one of the best additions to Yakuza Kiwami 3, but you cannot conquer the streets alone.
If you want to survive the massive Turf Wars and Total Annihilations, you need to recruit an army of "Baddies." There are 72 Baddies scattered across the game, ranging from absolute weaklings to Platinum-tier powerhouses. Some will join you automatically, but the vast majority require you to beat people up in the street, complete obscure substories, or grind out points in minigames.
I spent hours scouring Downtown Ryukyu and Kamurocho to build my roster. Here is exactly where you can find and recruit every single Baddie in Yakuza Kiwami 3 so you can get back to breaking faces.
The Automatic Story Unlocks
You do not have to work for these. Once you trigger the start of the Bad Boy Dragon storyline at the end of Chapter 2, the core leadership of the Haisai Girls will automatically join your ranks.

Marilyn (Silver)
