Far Far West Codes: How To Claim Free Gold and XP
Before you waste an hour typing garbage text strings from random forums into the game terminal, you need to check if the developers are actually handing out freebies.
I learned the hard way that missing out on early promotional items puts you at a massive disadvantage. When you first drop into the hub town, your pockets are totally empty and the grind to unlock new gear is brutal. Promo codes are the absolute best way to secure a quick head start. They hand out massive chunks of experience points to level up your weapons, raw gold to fund your upgrades, and exclusive cosmetic skins. Finding out which ones actually work is a complete nightmare. The community forums are flooded with outdated information and fake lists designed to waste your time. I verified the current reward list so you can avoid staring at endless network error messages.
Current Active Promo Codes
Do not panic if your code entries keep failing. The current release build has a very strict reward economy.
As of may 2026, there are zero active codes available for Far Far West. The developer, Evil Raptor, ran a promo code system during the game's Demo phase to help test the progression mechanics. Now that the game is in Early Access, they disabled every single one of those early codes. If you try to input an old string of text today, the system will just spit back a "not valid" or "network error" prompt. You have to rely on actual gameplay to fund your loadout right now. If you need a massive cash injection, I highly recommend tracking down the Far Far West canyon medallions instead of waiting for a handout. Taking matters into your own hands is the only way to scale your power level in the current patch.
Expired Demo Phase Codes
I kept a log of every code that worked during the testing phase because developers frequently reactivate old promotions during major updates.
Review the data below to see what kind of rewards are typically handed out. Knowing the difference between an XP boost and a raw gold injection will help you prioritize your time when the system comes back online. If you want to know exactly what to spend that future gold on, review my Far Far West spell combos guide to plan your build. Keep this list handy so you know exactly what the game considers a valid reward format.
How to Redeem Your Rewards
When the developers inevitably drop a fresh batch of codes, you need to know exactly where to go in the hub to cash them in. The menu system does not offer a redemption tab.
Finding the Ghost NPC
Boot up the game and spawn into the main hub town. Look for the Saloon spawn point and head directly to the right toward the shooting range. You will spot a wooden staircase nearby. Climb up those stairs to find a hovering Ghost NPC waiting for you. Interact with the ghost by pressing the 'F' key on your keyboard to open the code entry screen. Type your text directly into the box and hit confirm to get your rewards.
Do not get careless with your typing. The system is strictly case sensitive and will reject anything with a stray space. Secure your loot, upgrade your weapons, and get ready to face the desert.
