Marvel Rivals Season 9 Battle Pass: All Skins And Rewards Revealed

The latest seasonal update takes a dark turn into an ancient Egyptian murder mystery tracking the fall of Apocalypse.

The overarching story this season follows a string of strange deaths across the timeline without a clear culprit. To match that grim mood, the Faith-Harvesting Engine Battle Pass launched on July 10, 2026. Upgrading to the premium track lets you permanently unlock a variety of cosmetics, customization options, Lattice, and Units.

There are exactly 10 new character costumes entering the rotation. The lineup relies on a heavy mix of ancient Egyptian styles, classic comic throwbacks, and some delightfully weird variants.

Standout Designs and Highlights

A few of these outfits pull from some incredibly fun parts of comic history. The absolute highlight of the pass for me is the Ultron-15 skin, which adds a full trenchcoat to the metallic villain. It's a direct reference to a comic storyline where Ultron-15 became an alcoholic and ended up looking like a classic noir detective. I find it hilarious to stroll around the battlefield looking like a moody investigator. Even better, it looks like this unique variant will be one of the free options available on the rewards track, right alongside Namor's regal Lord of Atlantis look.

Venom is also getting a highly unusual variant called Venom Bloom. It's a vibrant, floral style that feels completely out of place for a terrifying symbiote, which's exactly why I plan on equipping it to add a bit of absurdity to chaotic skirmishes.

For fans of traditional comic book details, the Storied Survivor outfit for Cloak and Dagger pulls directly from their oldest classic appearances. It looks remarkably clean and accurate to their original panels.

Straight Recolors and Roster Choices

Expectations might need a little tempering when it comes to Mister Fantastic. His Red-Y 4 Action suit is a straightforward red recolor that reflects his Marvel NOW design. It matches the older Blood Storm style given to Invisible Woman and Human Torch back in Season 1, meaning it reuses the standard character model.

The character selection itself is bound to cause a few conversations. Rocket Raccoon and Mantis are getting even more premium options with their Golden Artificer and Akkaban Acolyte designs. They look nice, but it feels a bit strange that Storm and Black Panther were left out entirely. Given that the season is built around an Egyptian Age of Apocalypse theme, missing out on those two characters feels like a missed opportunity. The weather goddess will just have to handle the current mystery in her default outfit for now.
