Resident Evil Requiem Mr. Raccoon Locations Guide: Exterminating The Toys
Nothing shatters the tension of running from a genetically engineered stalker quite like the mechanical rattling of a plastic bobblehead.
Finding all 25 Mr. Raccoon Memoriam statues in Capcom's newest survival horror gauntlet requires you to ignore your basic survival instincts and deliberately search the most dangerous corners of the map. You have to shoot or slash every single one of these things to earn the "You Little Rascal!" achievement. If you are already stressing out over inventory management and staying alive, you might want to pause your collectible hunt and read my Resident Evil Requiem beginners guide to get your priorities straight.
For those of you chasing a 100% completion run, you have no choice but to track these down. Exterminating all 25 toys unlocks Advanced Tuning for Leon. This is a massive permanent buff that allows you to upgrade his arsenal a third time to unlock unique weapon abilities.
The Rhodes Hill Care Center Statues
The hospital section holds ten statues split between Grace and Leon. You need to keep your eyes open because leaving this building is a hard point of no return.
Exploring the Upper Wards
Your very first Mr. Raccoon is sitting in the Rehabilitation Ward during Leon's introduction. After surviving the chainsaw zombie encounter, grab the chainsaw, cut open the door, and check the mantlepiece in the next room.
When you switch to Grace and enter the East Wing Lobby, look closely at the main reception desk. The second toy is sitting right next to a small lamp. Walk past the Waiting Room to the nearby stairwell but stay on the ground floor. Look at the small lounge area to the right to find your third statue resting on a table.
After securing the Level 1 ID Wristband, open the barred door near the Parlor. Head upstairs from the Custodian's Office and walk into the Kitchenette. You will find statue number four sitting quietly next to the sink. Do not forget to check the nearby rooms for heavy ordnance. If you are constantly running out of bullets, my Resident Evil Requiem crafting guide will help you stockpile ammo faster.
Once you have the Level 3 ID Wristband, go to the Medication Room where Emily is locked up. Before opening her door, check the empty cell immediately to the left. The fifth statue is hiding behind the bed.
When you regain control of Leon and have freedom to roam, head to the second floor Records Room. Use your combat axe to pry open the Warped Closet. The sixth Mr. Raccoon is stashed inside alongside some much needed herbs.
The Basement and Courtyard
Heading down into the Care Center Basement with Grace, you need to use a Joint Plug to open the Bunkroom. Kill the zombies inside and shoot the seventh statue sitting on top of the flickering television. Use another Joint Plug to access the Workshop next to the Holding Cells. The eighth statue is dancing on the desk.
Once you finally escape to the Courtyard, explore the Private Lab area as Grace. Look to the right of the operating table to find the ninth statue on the counter. Do not walk into the next room until you shoot it, or a cutscene will lock you out permanently.
The tenth statue is infuriatingly easy to miss. During the sniper overwatch section with Leon, you have to cover Grace as she breaches a chapel. Once she is safe inside, do not drop down from your perch. Aim your rifle all the way to the left side of the area behind a locked gate. Zoom in near a stone column and a lamp to spot the bobblehead dancing in the distance.
Raccoon City Outskirts
Leon handles the entirety of the Raccoon City exploration. There are nine statues hidden in the rubble of these ruined streets.
The Streets and Underground
When you first arrive, head toward the Applegate Hotel but do not go inside. Duck into Cafe Oasis situated right next to it. Shoot the eleventh statue behind the cafe counter. Progressing to the BSAA Central Camp, ride the elevator up to the Logistics Warehouse roof. Pull out your sniper rifle and look toward the raised highway bridge to spot the twelfth toy dancing on top of an abandoned van.
Use the Cedarbrook Apartments key to open the gate leading to the Underground Parking Garage. Walk into the side office on your left to find the thirteenth statue sitting on some boxes. After leaving the garage, look across the street from the main apartment entrance. There is a ruined bus sitting near a massive crater. Shoot the fourteenth statue resting in the driver's seat.
Walk directly up to that crater and look down inside the hole. The fifteenth statue is tucked just inside a broken pipe. Run over to the Gas Station and climb inside the main building to find statue sixteen sitting on top of an empty shelving unit.
Ridgewood Station and Towers
After restoring power with the generator, head down into the sewer pipes. Take a right and follow the main pipe to the end. Look directly across the gap into a different pipe to shoot statue seventeen. Continue into the actual subway tunnel and climb onto the train cars. Kill the white spiders and check the seats on the right side of the carriage for the eighteenth bobblehead.
Zip over to Willis Tower using the gas can mechanism. Head up to the second floor office on the right side. The nineteenth Mr. Raccoon is dancing on a wall shelf.
The R.P.D. Ruins
The nostalgia trip to the police department holds four tightly hidden collectibles. If the local mutants are giving you trouble while you search, reference my Resident Evil Requiem combat guide to brush up on your parry timings.
Right after the brutal motorcycle sequence with Victor ends, ignore the alleyway and walk straight down the main street. Look at the pile of wrecked cars on the right to spot the twentieth statue.
Inside the RPD Operations Room, look closely at the bottom right corner of the window. Statue twenty one is partially obscured behind some wooden planks. Head upstairs to the Library and walk over to the large bookshelves dividing the room. The twenty second statue is completely buried behind a stack of books on the lowest shelf. You literally have to shoot or melee the books away to reveal it.
After triggering the cutscene in the back of Gun Shop Kendo, turn around and step out into the small side alley on the right. Look up at the windowsill near the massive Umbrella billboard to shoot the twenty third statue.
The ARK Laboratory
The final stretch of the game only contains two statues. I highly suggest making sure you opened all the secure containers before entering this lab. You can use my Resident Evil Requiem all safe codes locations guide to double check your haul.
When Leon first enters the ARK via the Loading Dock, turn right and stop before walking down the stairs. The twenty fourth Mr. Raccoon is resting on a green weapons crate against the wall.
You find the final statue after control swaps back to Grace inside the ARK. Walk through Bioweapon Repository 05 and climb the stairs at the back. You will enter a small save room known as the Operations Room. The twenty fifth Mr. Raccoon is dancing right above the active computer terminal.
Shoot that final piece of plastic and the "You Little Rascal!" achievement will pop immediately. If you are mapping out the rest of your 100% run, read my Resident Evil Requiem trophy achievement guide to see what challenges you have left. Now go upgrade your shotgun and show Gideon exactly why you spent the last fifteen hours hunting for toys.
